Early life and education
Kanak was born on November 27, 1975 in Feni, Bangladesh. He is a Ph.D. from Dhaka University focusing on Bengali folk songs and folk communication.
Career
Kanak Sarwar started his career in 1995 with Daily Ajker Kagoj. After that he worked in Daily Janakantha. In 2005, he joined Channel I. He also works as a special correspondent for Ekushey Television Limited (ETV).
