Birth and early life

Pori Moni was born in 1992 in Satkhira district of Bangladesh. At birth she was named Shamsunnahar Smriti. After losing her mother and father as a child, Pori Moni grew up with her grandfather Shamsul Haque Ghazi in Pirojpur. She studied in Barisal till SSC. From there she completed her secondary and higher secondary examinations. She was a student of Bangla Department in Satkhira Government College. She moved to Dhaka in 2011 and learned dance in Bangladesh Academy Of Fine Arts- BAFA.

Acting life

Pori Mani started her career through modeling. She has participated in various dance shows and acted in TV dramas. Pori started acting from modeling to small screen and then to film. She started her acting career by acting in TV dramas.

Before the release of the first movie, Pori Moni had signed a contract to act in 23 films. Before the release of the film, she has been discussed and criticized in the media by giving birth to various kinds of news. “Simahin Vhalobasha” is her first film directed by Shah Alam Mandal.
