Coriander herbal medicine- Coriander, a familiar spice is generally used in cooking to make foods tasty. The use of this spice is seen especially in south Asian countries as south Asian regional cuisine is rich and varied with the use of many of spices. Coriander contributes a lot in this respect.

But most of us do not know the benefits of coriander as we simply use it in cooking. Surprisingly nowadays the usage of coriander is increasing day by day due to its health benefits.
