This simple recipe helps anyone make a soft yummy vanilla or delicious white sponge cake within a few minutes at home. Using basic easily available ingredients without eggs in a basic Aluminium cake tin it can be made.

Easy step to Make Eggless Vanilla Cake:

Grease and dust the cake tin at first. This is very important. Prepare the cake batter. Put it into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. It’ll prepare within a few minutes.  

Preparation – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Mix the rest of the ingredients one by one in that empty part and break it well. Brush the butter in a pan. Spread the cake mixture in the pan and bake for 25/30 minutes. If it is 400 ml, you will get the right amount of sweetness in the cake.

There are no hidden secrets to make this delicious cake. You can also add and mix the ingredients in any order and end up with the same result. It’s sure if you follow my steps, you cannot go wrong.

Ingredients:

Flour – 1-1/2 Cup (160 gms)

Powdered Sugar – 2 tbsp

Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

Water – 100ml (1/2 cup water)

White Vinegar – 2 tsp

Condensed Milk – 200 ml

Soft Butter – 100 gms

Baking Soda – 1/2 tspn

Baking Powder – 1 tspn
