Natalie is also the author of the book “We Have a Deal: How to Negotiate with Intelligence, Flexibility and Power,” which offers practical advice and insights on negotiation techniques that can be applied in various settings, from business deals to personal relationships.
Prior to starting advantageSPRING, Natalie worked in international negotiation and complex multi-stakeholder environments. She has advised governments, multinational corporations, and NGOs on negotiation strategy and has facilitated negotiations in a range of industries, including healthcare, finance, and energy.
Natalie is a regular commentator on negotiation and business issues in the media, appearing on outlets such as BBC, CNN, and Sky News. She also teaches negotiation at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School and at Imperial College Business School.
