Take it upon yourself to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!
2: Protect your skin from harmful UV rays. We all love the sun. We love to be there and we love to have a nice tan. The truth is, too much sunshine can poison you. UV rays cause skin cancer and if that isn’t bad enough, your skin will age faster than it should, leading to unsightly wrinkles. If you need to play in the sun make sure you are using appropriate sunscreen. Don’t leave your home without it!
3: Keep your skin clean. Use a soft warm cloth. The skin doesn’t need to be scrubbed. You will do more harm than good by doing this.
