Ingredients:

1 kg of tamarind, Garlic 1 kg, Mustard seeds paste 3-4 tablespoons, 3-4 tablespoons of garlic paste. Grilled dried pepper powder as like you prefer, Sugar 1/4 kg, Mustard oil half kilogram, two teaspoons of Pachforon (one kind of spice), 2 cups of sirka, salt as like you prefer.

How to make garlic picles-

First keep tamarind in water and make it as like gola. Get rid of garlic peel. Heat the mustard oil into a pan and fry Panch phoron (different types spices, a whole spice blend) on it. Now add garlic, mustard seed paste, Vinegar, salt with a tamarind and burn it few minutes. Then grate them well with garlic. If the garlic is semi-boiled, then add the pepper powder and sugar in it beforehand. When the garlic is completely cooked, then the tamarind and garlic will be melted together, then bring it down from the bowl. Taste and serve when it’s cold.
