Cooking process: First, keep your fish with lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt for five minutes in a pot. Put some butter and olive oil together over medium heat with a frying pan on the oven. Add chili powder, turmeric powder and salt with flour. Then mix it well with ghee and make a paste. Now from the paste pulp and sand them in the shape of bread and burn the shrimp in it and make it like a roll. Now put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, deep fry the rolls in the filtered oil. Materials:

Mushrooms: 200 grams

Potatoes: 100 grams

Cabbage: 100 grams

Chickpea gram

flour: 250 grams

Carrots: 50 grams

Onion: 50 grams

Raw chilies: 5-6 pieces

Salt: Quantitatively

Soybean oil: 50 grams

Cooking process: First boil the potatoes and mix. Cut mushrooms, cabbage, carrots and mix together with salt, onion, green chilies. Make balls by mixing with potatoes. Roll the flour in another bowl. Heat oil in a pan in the oven. Fry the balls in hot oil and serve.
